Trustee and Non Executive Director of NEST - not for profit, ethical or Sharia investment pension fund and an arm's-length body of the Department for Work and Pensions(DWP). With particular responsibility for digital transformation of customer experience (CX) and behaviour change at scale, working closely with NEST Insights - a collaborative research unit that brings together leading researchers such as colleagues from Maastricht University and like-minded organisations such as the RSA to provide a rich store of data and insights on the needs and behaviours of a previously under researched population.
