Description
I was invited to contribute to the development of BHCC’s route map towards a circular economy, with a focus on food systems and urban design leading to a set of Food Scoping recommendations adopted by GBEB. Subsequently in 2023 I was appointed to the Greater Brighton Food Plan, Task and Finish Group which is overseeing the delivery of costing proposals for prototype food infrastructure projects.
