Working with a team of 3 students, undertook a large scale customer persona creation exercise for ETI. Researching both their B2B and B2C markets, the team administered over 5000 surveys, collecting data from a range of customers, analysing the results and creating a suite of customer personas in order to help ETI better understand their customer base and update their marketing communications as a result.
