Short Circuit Films CIC is a non-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) that showcases and celebrates experimental documentary filmmaking. Short Circuit was established in 2015 to provide a committed platform on which to showcase and celebrate the work of UK and International artists and filmmakers working with experimental documentary.
