Description
In this session, I discuss findings from a recent Advance HE funded research project that aims to produce knowledge and resources about building, developing and sustaining learning and teaching (L&T) focused communities of practice.
Together with colleagues from the University of Cambridge, Bangor University, Cardiff University, Goldsmiths University of London, and the University of Sydney, the Advance HE funded research group have created L&T focused CoPs within each of our own institutions, and developed EdD CoP, a community of practice for Educational Developers. Through reflecting on these experiences, I will provide insights about the successes and challenges faced when creating institution-wide L&T communities of practice.
