In his capacity as member of the UK Construction Net Zero Construction Standard Governance Board, Baker-Brown was asked by the Architect's Council of Europe, to make a presentation updating ACE colleagues around progress of the 'UK Net Zero Carbon Standard' at their General Assembly in Brussels on November 25th 2022. Baker-Brown also took part in a round table discussion on the latest revision of the European Union's Energy performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), and more broadly sustainability in the built environment; comparing UK and EU progress towards Net Zero,
